Firm founder Kevin Gaines specializes in international tax services and consultation to individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and trusts. He helps both inbound and outbound clients – multinational companies, executives and entrepreneurs – with a wide range of issues. Kevin consults with inbound clientele ranging from high net worth individuals with pre-immigration tax planning or foreign investments in U.S. real estate . . . to foreign companies entering the U.S. market. On the outbound side, he consults with high net worth individuals investing and/or living overseas, executives relocating overseas and U.S. companies expanding into foreign markets.

Kevin has assisted hundreds of taxpayers in his career with becoming compliant with the U.S. tax system and has extensive experience with the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, Streamline Domestic Offshore Procedures, and Delinquent International Information Return Submission Procedures.

Having developed an extensive network of advisors in numerous foreign jurisdictions, Kevin can offer a seamless approach to serving clients with cross border transactions, including those in Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

In addition to his international portfolio, Kevin's experience also includes advising solely U.S.-based clients – local small and mid-size businesses and their owners; and businesses and individuals with operations and investments across multiple states – with various domestic tax issues and business advisement.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Central Florida. A member of the AICPA and FICPA, he recently served as co-chair of the Young Professional Committee at the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO). A Central Florida native, he resides in Casselberry with his wife and daughter, and enjoys offshore fishing as a favorite hobby.
